What we do
Our program is specifically designed to prepare historically underrepresented individuals including minorities, women, and ex-offenders for entry into the trade industry while contributing to the beautification of the community.
How we do it
Students get hands on experience on the residential and community projects that 1 City completes. 1CU has decades of proven experience in the construction trade which helps ensure minorities and economically disadvantaged groups are highly trained for competitive opportunities.
